digital_series#no.217241 – Auction

Via communication level 5 - auctioning - an emotionalization of the debate is to be set in motion in the form of a shock marketing.
This is reinforced by showing the online auction on a facade visible to many people in the country's capital. Along with the slogan "The value of human rights in GERMANY is still: € ...", a public memorial is created via the constantly falling value within the framework of the Dutch auction format.

Memorial

Image of a possible facade By the special format of a dutch-auction (as well called reverse-auction) will be auctioned an artistic certificate. Subject is the first-fixing of the total value of all human rights in the respective country.

Starting from a maximum value determined by a survey (the starting price), the price in this auction format falls step by step towards zero, whereby the steps of the price decline can be defined in advance in terms of both time and height.

Dutch Auction

Representation of the Dutch auction In this auction format, only one bid can be submitted, which then also ends the auction. The hence made first-fixing of the total value of all human rights at the point in time of the one final bid will be codified in a certificate in tradition of Sol LeWitt.

This reverse auction knows only one bid
